WHAT YOU DO
  • You own the entire employee lifecycle for 25 employees – from end-to-end recruiting, onboarding and offboarding to HR administration, pre-payroll preparation and contract management.
  • You act as the primary point of contact for employees and managers on all HR-related matters – pragmatic, empathetic and solution-oriented.
  • You maintain and continuously develop our HR system (Personio), ensuring efficient, scalable processes as well as sustainable planning, controlling and reporting.
  • You drive the professional development of our employees, coordinate workshops and identify suitable external trainers.
  • You shape our performance management process, facilitate performance reviews and support leaders in conducting employee conversations.
  • You ensure that our HR processes and policies are compliant and aligned with our culture.
WHO YOU ARE
  • You have at least five years of experience in Human Resources, ideally in a generalist role within a dynamic environment.
  • You bring solid expertise in HR management, preferably with recruiting experience, and you have a strong understanding of German labor law.
  • You are confident working with HR systems (ideally Personio) and enjoy structured, data-driven work.
  • You have experience in executing HR projects and actively drive topics such as process improvement, automation and efficiency enhancement.
  • You demonstrate strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent time-management and organizational abilities.
  • You are based in Berlin or willing to relocate for the role.
  • You possess native-level German skills and very good English skills (C1).
  • Bonus: You combine experience and enthusiasm for change management with, ideally, training in agile project management, or a certification as a Scrum Master or coach.

WHAT YOU DO
  • Du verantwortest den gesamten Employee Lifecycle für 25 Mitarbeitende - beginnend mit der vollständigen Steuerung des Recruitings, On- & Offboarding über Personaladministration, vorbereitender Payroll bis hin zum Vertragsmanagement
  • Du bist erste Ansprechpartner:in für Mitarbeitende und Führungskräfte in allen personalrelevanten Themen - pragmatisch, empathisch und lösungsorientiert
  • Du pflegst und entwickelst unser HR-System (Personio) kontinuierlich weiter und sorgst für effiziente, skalierbare Prozesse und nachhaltige Planung sowie Controlling und Reporting
  • Du treibst die fachliche Entwicklung unserer Mitarbeitenden voran, koordinierst Workshops und findest passende externe Trainer:innen
  • Du gestaltest maßgeblich den Performance Management Prozess und moderierst Mitarbeitendengespräche
  • Du stellst sicher, dass unsere HR-Prozesse und Richtlinien compliant sind und zu unserer Kultur passen
WHO YOU ARE
  • Du verfügst über mindestens fünf Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich Human Resources, idealerweise in einer generalistischen Rolle in einem dynamischen Umfeld
  • Du bringst fundierte Kenntnisse im Personalmanagement mit, vorzugsweise mit Erfahrung im Recruiting, und hast ein gutes Verständnis des deutschen Arbeitsrechts
  • Du arbeitest sicher mit HR-Systemen (vorzugsweise Personio) und hast Freude an strukturierter, datenbasierter Arbeit
  • Du hast Erfahrung in der Umsetzung von HR-Projekten und treibst Themen wie Prozessverbesserung, Automatisierung und Effizienzsteigerung aktiv voran
  • Du zeichnest dich durch starke Kommunikations-, Analyse- und Problemlösungsfähigkeiten sowie sehr gutes Zeit- und Organisationsgeschick aus
  • Du wohnst in Berlin oder bist bereit, für die Position dorthin umzuziehen
  • Du verfügst über Deutschkenntnisse auf muttersprachlichem Niveau und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse (C1)
  • Pluspunkte: Du hast Erfahrung und Freude an Change Management, verfügst über eine Ausbildung im Bereich Agile Project Management oder bist Scrum Master oder Coach
