WHAT YOU DO
Project Management
- Develop, manage, maintain, and execute all project management aspects in close collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, aligned expectations, and smooth project delivery.
- Take full responsibility for budget and timeline control, including cost monitoring, forecasting, milestone tracking, and proactive identification and escalation of risks or deviations.
- Draft and prepare contracts, including defining the scope of work, deliverables, timelines, and all relevant contractual requirements.
- Manage vendors end-to-end, from selection and evaluation to performance monitoring, contract negotiation, and quality assurance.
Production Management
Plan, manage, and execute all production phases of the LAS project, including concept development, design and pre-production, production, post-production, and final project wrap-up, ensuring seamless coordination and high-quality outcomes across all stages.
Prepare and oversee budget reporting and control, updating forecasts, and ensuring financial alignment throughout the entire production process.
Supervise on-site installation, run-of-show, and deinstallation of all production elements, ensuring safety, efficiency, and adherence to technical and creative specifications.
