WHAT YOU DO
- Support media relations by coordinating press enquiries, press mailings, media outreach and press accreditation
- Support in drafting and editing press releases, fact sheets, press kits and other media materials
- Coordinate communication timelines, publication schedules and the delivery of press events
- Maintain, update and continuously develop the CRM database, including journalist research and contact management
- Monitor, evaluate and archive media coverage and press clippings, and compile regular press reports
- Support the planning and implementation of marketing campaigns for various projects
- Support the production and coordination of photo, video and creative content assets
WHO YOU ARE
- Language: Excellent German (minimum C1) and English (minimum B2)
- At least 2 years of professional experience in communications, marketing or digital media
- Experience within the arts, cultural or creative sector is an advantage
- A structured, hands-on and reliable approach to work, with a strong sense of ownership for your own tasks
- Creativity paired with strong organisational skills
- A team-oriented mindset
- Confidently manage multiple projects and priorities with excellent organisational and prioritisation skills

LAS Art Foundation is a non-profit organisation founded to support new artistic practices in a technological age. LAS works with artists, thinkers and institutions around the globe to catalyse ideas and develop innovative projects and experiences. We explore topics ranging from quantum computing and outer space to artificial intelligence, ecology and biotechnology - illuminating the intersections between art, science and the latest technology.
Our programme comprises installations and performances, as well as learning formats, publications and research projects. Based in Berlin, LAS has staged projects at locations around the city and internationally since its launch in 2019.
